Leadership and Management for New Managers and Deputy Managers
An interactive course suitable for new Managers and deputies responsible for the day to day running of the setting and focusing on the statutory requirements whilst exploring staff performance and people management. Discussion around leadership techniques and dealing with challenging conversations will also be included. Lunch is not provided on this course.
